SKILLED SITE MANAGER REQUIRED! With over decades of construction experience, my client is a successful and well-regarded Builder/Developer, compiling a large footprint within the residential home/townhouse market.

The suitable candidate will possess:Trade qualification or strong hands-on experienceA genuine passion for excellent customer service and guidance throughout the complete build processKnowledge of QLD building codes and practicesAttention to delivering quality homes, on time and with minimum defectsThorough understanding of on-site OH&S requirementsExcellent leadership, communication, and time management skillsLoyal working historyJob Role:Liaise with the Construction Manager on design-related issues - pre-construction that may prove problematic to the regular scheduling of site activitiesSupervision of onsite construction from post-site audit initial site cutClient liaison and troubleshootingOversight of all works associated with Defects Liability Period, to satisfaction of all clientsScheduling and coordinating works and communicating timelines with subcontractorsReviewing plans, carrying out take-offs, coordinating suppliers and sub-contractors to adhere to strict work programsPlease call Miller Langford-Ely on 0466 806 871 for more information or email your CV to ******.
