Site Manager - Rockhampton

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic full-time Site Manager to head a major contract in our service provisions in Rockhampton. This is a large multi-site position where you will oversee operations where no two days are the same.
In this role you will be responsible for a range of tasks including: Overseeing all operations across the contractAssisting in the development, promotion, and implementation of occupational health and safety, and environmental policies and proceduresManaging the daily staff rosters within multi-building sites, identifying training needs for operational staff, and ensuring employees have career path guidelines and succession plansCo-ordinating purchasing and production of services to meet quality, cost, and service commitments to the clientAssisting in identifying additional business development in communication with the clientCommunicating company objectives and procedures to employeesRecruitment of staff and subcontractorsProcessing of stock ordering and expense claims by staffManaging client expectations and delivery standards within the financial budget established for the contractReporting against monthly budgets and KPIsLiaising with clients on a regular basis and responding to their needs in a timely mannerProcessing payroll in line with labor budgetsTo be successful in this role you will need: Experience in the cleaning industry or a similar fieldGood organisational and time management skillsAbility to prioritise and work to deadlinesStrong attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to lead and manage a large team of varying skill levelsThe ability to be flexible in your working hoursUnrestricted rights to work in AustraliaThis position offers an opportunity to be an influential member of our team, where you will be given the training and support to ensure your success in the role.
