With more than 150 years of experience, we are committed to feeding the world in a safe and responsible way, reducing environmental impact, and improving communities where we live and work.Safety is our top priority and we are committed to creating a 'Zero Harm' safety culture.This role provides an excellent salary package, performance incentive bonus, tool of trade vehicle, and other benefits that come from working in partnership with Aussie growers and a global business.The RoleReporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Nyngan Site Manager will be responsible for managing the operations at the site in areas including Risk Management, Plant Efficiency, People Management, Operator Maintenance, and Financial Performance.Key AccountabilitiesExecute routine operations in accordance with policies and procedures related to employee, food and feed safety, and environmental compliance.Monitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.Execute operations within budget guidelines.High focus on Customer Service.Develop operational plans and manage execution at the site.Develop, supervise, and provide coaching to direct reports (both permanent and casual) at the site.Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for direct reports.
