Site Manager | Multi-Storey Industrial Project | South Brisbane

Boutique QLD commercial construction company with a strong reputation for partnering with their clients to create striking structures and engaging fit outs.
They rely on proven design and build methodologies to deliver projects from construct-only through to full D&C solutions.
They have long term client relationships across industrial, offices, retail, multi-residential, warehouse, and education projects.
Based in Southside Brisbane, this role will initially be managing a large scale multi-storey industrial new build, so similar experience is required. Key Qualifications & Experience:Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager, preferably in industrial or commercial construction projects.Project Experience: Strong background in multi-storey industrial or commercial builds, with an emphasis on structural knowledge (suspended structures, concrete works).Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead on-site teams and manage subcontractors and suppliers.Safety: Strong understanding of WHS regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and on-site personnel.For more information on this role, including salary and a position description, please contact Adam on 0485 974 220.
