Site Manager- Luxury Residential (Northern & Western suburbs Our Client is an award winning luxury residential & commercial builder based that specialises in building projects in the outer Northern & Western suburbs. They have numerous revenue streams ranging from one-off custom new build homes to renovations as well as commercial projects ranging in value from $500K - $10M.
They have several major residential new build projects soon to commence so are looking to add an additional Site Manager to the team.
The role will be closely mentored by the Director and oversee all aspects of delivery as well as assisting with procurement and other coordination aspects. The role will be Client-facing so you must be well presented & personable with the right attitude and the ability to deal with demanding Clients.
In return the successful candidate will receive a permanent position with one of the best employers across the Industry. On the job training & development will also be offered with project management a genuine option over time. Salary will be flexible dependent on experience with a range of $110,000 - $150,000 total package.
