Position: Site Manager/Lead Hand Location: Orange, New South Wales Salary: Up to $130,000 (Based on Experience)
Our client, a leading timber manufacturing company in Orange, NSW, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager/Lead Hand to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of 10 labourers and carpenters. Participate in hands-on carpentry work. Provide input on design and engineering aspects. Balance on-site duties with some office tasks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Requirements:Ideally 10+ years of carpentry experience. Proven leadership skills. Knowledge of design and engineering principles. Based in or willing to relocate to Orange, NSW. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach. On Offer:Competitive salary: $90,000 - $130,000.
