ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be reporting into the Build Manager, and will be responsible for the speedy, accurate and cost-effective planning of development sites. In this role you are expected to:
Gain a detailed understanding of the technical site and design requirements.Identify and onboard suitable sub-contractors.Ensure construction materials are resourced and stored safely and correctly on the site.Conduct critical checks across the scheme, ensuring setting out drawings, road positions, and each dwelling is accurately transferred from concept through to construction and completion.Manage the budgets while never compromising on quality and Health and Safety.Immediately bring any issues to the attention of the Build Manager.Successful candidates will have the following skills:Strong Site Management experience with a main HousebuilderExcellent time management and able to manage multiple subcontractors on siteCommercially and financially aware of costing and sustainabilityAble to build strong working relationshipsStrong team and people management skillsMotivated and able to engage with all levels of staff; colleagues and third partiesHealth and Safety focused with the ability to naturally promote a safe working environmentThe CompanyCrest Nicholson is a leading developer of quality homes and thriving, sustainable communities.
