At Grace Build, we're results-orientated, and want to see how you proactively fulfil responsibilities in your application!With a robust pipeline of ongoing projects, we are seeking an Site Manager to join our team and contribute to our business goals through exceptional organisational and site management skills.As a Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site construction activities, including managing the on-site team, coordinating sub-contractors, and ensuring complete project delivery.Your role will include but is not limited to:Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring the project stays on track.Manage and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and tradespeople to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Ensure that all safety regulations and practices are followed to maintain a safe working environment.Monitor the construction work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.Address and resolve issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.Maintain accurate records of work completed, incidents, site inspections, and any changes to the project plan.What we're seeking:At least 5+ years experience in Foreperson/Site management in ConstructionProven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.Strong carpentry experience is desirable.Laptop and tablet provided.
