Our client, a trusted boutique builder developer with over a decade of success in Sydney's Northern Suburbs, delivers luxury residential projects. With a strong track record and a secured pipeline for the next 4–5 years, they're growing rapidly and seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their supportive team.
About the role: Reporting to the Project Development Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding projects, supported by an experienced internal team and external consultants. This full-time, site-based role offers an exciting pathway for career growth, with the potential to advance to Construction Manager for the right candidate.

Competitive salary package tailored to your experience.Supportive, family-oriented company culture.Stable work environment with exciting projects.Genuine opportunities for growth and career advancement.Main duties include but are not limited to: Lead the construction team through project delivery, from start to OC and beyond.Ensure safety, environmental, program, budget, and quality standards are met.Plan, organize, and implement all construction activities with project team support.Prepare and update 4–6 week look-ahead programs weekly.Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.Review and approve subcontractor-specific Project Management Plans.Liaise with external authorities on construction-related matters.Inspect subcontractor works and materials for compliance with tender and design standards.Uphold company policies and maintain a respectful, inclusive workplace.Mentor junior site managers to build a strong, long-term construction team.Verify progress claims, invoices, and subcontractor variations.Chair morning toolbox talks and assist with tender quantity reviews and cost verifications.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' experience as Site Manager for residential new-build projects.Familiar with Class 2 building regulation; luxury residential experience is preferred.Solid knowledge of health, safety, environment, construction, and buildability.Strong technical skills to interpret design plans and reports across disciplines.Proven leadership, communication, and management abilities.Comprehensive understanding of NCC Volume 1.Skilled at leading diverse site teams effectively.Assertive and focused on productivity at the workface.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.How to apply:
