Job Title: Site Manager

Wilder Fox is excited to partner with a leading builder/developer in NSW.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a major $30M+ industrial project in Northmead, with future opportunities as they continue to expand their portfolio in the industrial sector.
About the Role: As a Site Manager, you will take charge of the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will be responsible for managing all facets of construction on-site and working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
You'll be leading by example, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and communication are upheld.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of projects through construction and defect liability periods, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.Manage and maintain all building assets, ensuring high standards for the brand.Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders including contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.Oversee site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring optimal workflow and adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements.Execute critical quality and safety checks to meet strict performance standards.Coordinate site inspections and project meetings, ensuring smooth operations.Drive progress on-site, managing site activities and ensuring all project milestones are met.Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors to ensure quality, budget adherence, and timely completion.Provide monthly progress reports to the Project Manager and keep all stakeholders updated on project status.Ensure the highest level of site safety and quality control across all projects.What We're Looking For: A qualification in construction/project management or a trades background, with a Civil Engineering Degree preferred.At least 3+ years of experience managing commercial/industrial projects valued at over $20 million.Strong commitment to high safety and quality standards.Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills.Proven experience in managing concrete, steel structures, piles, excavation, civil works, and fit-out projects.Ability to manage site programming, subcontractor coordination, and the overall project lifecycle.Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.Familiarity with the Building Code of Australia and industry safety regulations.Construction White Card and a valid driver's license.Full-time on-site presence, primarily based on projects in the Greater Sydney region.Why Join Us?
