Site Manager

The Company    Residential home builder specialising in high-end new build, renovation and extension projects between $1m and $5m in value.
Focus on the Lower North Shore market, with typically build locations including Mosman, Northbridge, Castlecrag and Willoughby.
About The Role The Site Manager / Foreman will oversee and manage a job site from start to finish.
You will work closely with the Construction Manager and company Director.
Salary between $130,000 and $160,000 + super.
Duties Site management of trades.
Quality assurance.
Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
Scheduling trades.
Ordering materials.
Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
Site progress reports.
Site inductions and toolbox talks.
WH&S.  Skills & Experience   Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc) Experience of managing high-end residential projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions.
Good communication skills.
