You will be joining an established Builder with offices in NSW and QLD and work across a variety of projects within the commercial, hospitality, and educational sectors.
The company is in a strong financial position and will be busy in Sydney and Regional NSW in the 2024/2025 financial year.

The Opportunity

You will be heading up a project about to kick off in NW Sydney at a private educational facility, valued at $40M.

Responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day activities on site to achieve project milestones ensuring that safety, quality, and programme are adhered to.You will have the support of a full project team and report to an office-based Project Manager.Some Saturday work will be required; however, it is rotated and reflective of the programme which will be in your control. Salary

Salary will depend on experience; however, figures of between $200K – $230K can be expected.

Background / Experience Carpentry Trade (compulsory) and tertiary building qualification highly regarded.Ability to build relationships with project stakeholders and manage personnel to operate cohesively within a team environment.Strong technical, planning & programming skills.Extensive knowledge of building trades and how to push projects.Above-average administration skills with a keen eye for managing budgets, preliminaries, and variation management.Good safety & company system management skills.
