We're recruiting an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our Client, a boutique & reputable construction and project management company based in Sydney that specialises in commercial hospitality projects valued up to $15 million.
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Managing external building upgrades such as facades, scaffolding, hoardings, and structural steel.Leading internal fitouts, including coordination of trades, quality control, and client liaison.Ensuring all works adhere to the company's stringent site safety protocols.Collaborating with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Maintaining a strong focus on avoiding weekend work, with a commitment to a healthy work-life balance for the team.About You: Extensive commercial construction experience, particularly in hospitality projects.Strong expertise in external building upgrades and internal fitouts.A thorough understanding of site safety, with a proactive approach to managing risks.Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving teams and managing client relationships.Previous experience working on projects up to $15 million in value.Experience working on live sites in high-pressure environments.Knowledge of scaffolding, hoardings, facades, and structural steel is essential.Please click 'APPLY', or express your interest by sending an email with your updated resume through to Thomas Lang on ****** or call 0478 754 191.
