Site Manager

D&B are working with an award-winning builder who is looking to source an experienced Site Manager. This builder works across Australia on projects valued up to $15m. 
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a commercial site with further projects to come located in Sydney.

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for:
Management and leadership for the co-ordination of trades, direct labour and materialsLiaison between Engineers, Senior Management and ArchitectsEnsuring that problems are resolved and all personnel on-site adhere and maintain a high standard of Health & Safety.Driving project to completion on time, to quality and under budget To be considered for the role of Site Manager you will require: Minimum 8 years' experience in a Site Manager position for a principal contractorExperience working on projects valued anywhere from $5m to $20m.Experience in fitout and refurbishment.Trade background is preferred but not essential.Strong communication, negotiation and business development skillsThe ability to lead a team, communicating effectively with people at every stage of the projectA desire to take on a long-term role where you will grow with the business.For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Miles Luxton on 0413 646 295  or click apply.
