$150M turnover business nationally Work on projects 10M + Strong tender pipeline in the private sector
The Company
You will be joining an established Builder with offices in NSW and QLD and work across a variety of projects within the commercial, hospitality and educational sectors. The company is in a strong financial position and will be busy in Sydney and Regional NSW for the remainder of 2024/2025
The Opportunity
You will be joining a project about to kick off in NW Sydney at a private educational facility, value $18M
You will be responsible for overseeing day to day activates on site to achieve project milestone ensuring that safety, quality, and programme are adhered to. You will have the support of a full project team and report to an office-based Project Manager. Some Saturday work will be required however is rotated and reflective of the programme which will be in your control.
Salary will depend on experience however figures of between 200K – 230K can be expected

Background / Experience
Carpentry Trade (compulsory) and tertiary building qualification highly regarded Ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders and manage personnel to operate cohesively within a team environment Strong technical, planning & programming skills Extensive knowledge of building trades, and how to push projects Above average administration skills with a keen eye for managing budgets, preliminaries and variation management Good safety & company system management skills
