Job Description$150M turnover business nationallyWork on projects 10M +Strong tender pipeline in the private sectorThe CompanyYou will be joining an established Builder with offices in NSW and QLD and work across a variety of projects within the commercial, hospitality and educational sectors. The company is in a strong financial position and will be busy in Sydney and Regional NSW for the remainder of 2024/2025The OpportunityYou will be joining a project about to kick off in NW Sydney at a private educational facility, value $18MYou will be responsible for overseeing day to day activates on site to achieve project milestone ensuring that safety, quality, and programme are adhered to. You will have the support of a full project team and report to an office-based Project Manager. Some Saturday work will be required however is rotated and reflective of the programme which will be in your control.Salary will depend on experience however figures of between 200K – 230K can be expectedCulture / BenefitsThe culture throughout this business is one that supports honestly and integrity.
