Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in concrete and structures to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the construction of luxury boutique apartments, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Oversee the placement, finishing, and curing of concrete to achieve specified quality and compliance. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily reports and project documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in structures and concrete. Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
