Your new role As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for an $8M sports complex project in Mernda, overseeing it from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the project's site management, ensuring all operations run smoothly. - Conducting regular toolbox meetings to align the team's efforts. - Upholding the highest standards of OH&S and quality on site. - Coordinating with various trades and collaborating closely with the Project Manager. - Ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and progress of the project. What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager for a commercial builder, preferably in the Melbourne market. - A proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects valued over $5M. - Trade qualifications in building. - Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills. - Keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
