Site Manager required for a mid tier builder with a busy project pipeline in the public and private sector. Projects from $1m-$50m, Company Our client has been successfully building in Australia for the last 30 years with offices throughout NSW. They have a healthy pipeline of work and a solid client base across the public and private sectors. Projects range from $1m to $50m involving Commercial/Industrial Community, Sport & Recreation Education Health & Aged Care Tourism, Hospitality & Retail work.With a number of new project wins they are now looking for a Site Manager to commence on one of their recently awarded projects in Grafton. Position To be consider for this position you will be a Site Manager who has lives locally or is happy to lodge and you willl have the following experience. Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years' experience in the commercial construction industry. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on projects 50m+. Relevant degree in Building and Construction. Excellent time management skills. Strong negotiation and relationship building skills. Effective communication and leadership skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills. All round Health & Safety knowledge and an outstanding safety record Role& Responsibilities Site establishment and organization. Planning and programming. Subcontractor management.
