Join us as we embark on an exciting journey as we celebrate turning 30 years old this year and expand to a new head office located in Bowden in 2025.Rivergum Projects is South Australia's leading medium density residential developer, with a new home pipeline of more than $500M to deliver in trading and secured projects across metropolitan Adelaide.About the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all construction site activities, ensuring overall execution and quality finish of homes.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant health and safety regulations.Develop and implement site-specific plans and schedules to meet project deadlines.Monitor and control project costs, including labour, materials, and equipment.Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Provide regular progress reports to management and other stakeholders.Manage and motivate onsite subcontractors and suppliers.Foster positive customer relationships.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.Join an experienced Construction Team and receive training and development opportunities.About youDetailed understanding of South Australian building codes and regulations.Strong problem-solving skills and technical construction detailing.Aptitude for project management and technical mindset.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.Experience using ClickHome construction software.Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.Tertiary qualification in construction trade qualification or equivalent.Strong understanding of safety protocols and promotion of a safety culture on your sites.Why RivergumReward and recognition program.Professional development and training sessions.Opportunities for growth and promotion within the business.Modern offices and staff facilities.Casual Fridays, end of week celebratory drinks, and early knock-off on Fridays.Regular staff social events.Employee Assistance Program.Join the team and live the Rivergum values…Own It, Integrity, Fun, Great Ideas, Teamwork.To ApplyClick 'apply now' and upload a resume that outlines your suitability for the role criteria noted above.
