Site Manager

We are a dynamic company which specialises in commercial building works. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a permanent full-time position.
The candidate must have the following experience:
Ability to build professional and productive relationships with all stakeholders Thorough understanding of programming and proven ability to achieve tight target dates Coordinate trades, sub-contractors, equipment and materials in line with the construction scheduling and safety requirements Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications accurately Organise construction works and deliver quality results safely, on time and within budget Ability to offer constructive solutions and improvements Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment Work with integrity and accountability An attractive salary package in line with skills and experience will be offered to the successful applicant.
