This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to deliver on a low-level apartment build and build quality relationships with sub-contractors.
The Role
In your role as Site Manager, you will demonstrate your broad knowledge to deliver on low-level apartment builds.
Working closely with the Construction Director and the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing resources and coordinating sub-contractorsClient liaison with senior management team, clients and subcontractorsEnsure that all work on-site follows relevant standardsMaintaining and promoting WHS and economising resource allocationMonitoring program and meeting agreed deadlinesProvide assistance to site staff wherever needed The Like Mind
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager that is dedicated to maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, relevant qualifications and experience managing commercial sites locally is a must.
You will have exceptional communication and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet.
Your approachable nature, positive attitude and strong work ethic will see you succeed in this role.
