They include high rise residential and commercial buildings all above $80m.This opportunity for a Site Manager will see you take the lead on their brand new $100m+ high rise residential construction project in Maroochydore and report directly into the Project Manager. You will have the support of Foremen and Project Engineers on site. The project is a waterfront high rise residential project and is a genuine thing of beauty.It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to drive commercial outcomes.As a Site Manager you will have:Ideally a trade background as well as a QBCC supervisor licenceDemonstrated experience working as a Site Manager for a mid tier or upper tier Construction Company.D&C Project experienceAbility to manage a team of supervisorsCommercially astuteTendering experience (for future projects)This builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well-established team.
