They are looking for a self-motivated Site Manager to deliver autonomously projects to a high-quality finish.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on siteEnsuring a safe site at all timesQuality control and defect minimisationWorking closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are metThe Successful ApplicantSelection criteria will include:QBCC Site Supervisor licenceGood level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)Trade background preferred (carpentry)Track record of delivering commercial projects up to $20mWhat's on OfferOn offer:A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $160-190k + super (subject to experience/skill level)Long term, secure employment with a highly stable businessOpportunity to work on challenging, technically complex projects
