Core Talent are currently recruiting for a National Fit-Out / Refurb builder who are looking for a Site Manager for a 4 week contract. This project is based in Ipswich and has a strong commitment to safety and their client.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise sub-contractors, ensure all compliance is metMonitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.Maintain production records and reports.Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.Qualifications: First AidPrevious experience in a supervisory fit-out / refurb projectExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night shift environment.Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.If you meet the above requirements, please apply now.
