They have very well-resourced project teams and a hugely experienced management team. They are looking for a self-motivated Site Manager to deliver autonomously projects to a high-quality finish.
Job Description Key responsibilities include:
Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on siteEnsuring a safe site at all timesQuality control and defect minimisationWorking closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are metThe Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include:
QBCC Site Supervisor licenceGood level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)Trade background preferred (carpentry)Track record of delivering commercial projects up to $20mWhat's on Offer On offer:
