Your responsibilities:
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of upcoming townhouse builds.
Overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Maintaining open communication with stakeholders and addressing any issues promptly.
Monitoring and reporting project progress to senior management.
You will have: 5 years + experience as a Site Manager Proven experience in residential construction management, preferably townhouses.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A commitment to safety and quality.
