Michael Page are currently recruiting a Site Manager role for a highly respected mid-tier builder based on the south side of Brisbane. The initial project will be delivering a health care based new build on the south side circa 10kms from the CBD.Our client is a well respected, financially stable builder based on the south side of Brisbane. They take huge pride in their high quality workmanship, relationship building, and sustainable business growth.Due to a very strong pipeline of projects for 2024 and 2025, they are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team. The initial project will be based on the inner south side of Brisbane, approximately 10kms from the CBD. The vast majority of projects they deliver are within a 20km radius of Brisbane CBD.DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on siteEnsuring a safe site at all timesQuality control and defect minimisationWorking closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are metProfileSelection criteria will include:QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)Trade background preferred (carpentry)Track record of delivering commercial or multi-storey residential projects up to $20mJob OfferOn offer:A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $150-180k + super (subject to experience/skill level)Long term, secure employment with a highly stable businessReasonable expectations of work hoursTo apply online please click the 'Apply' button above.
