Roster: Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.30PM - Upto 40 hours with some flexibility required based on the needs of the business What This Role Involves: Management of all site contract-scoped catering services Adherence to compliance and administration requirements as required Impeccable client relationship management Demonstrable team management, development & leadership Full financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labour and food costs Adherence to food & safety practices
