In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
You will manage and inspire a team of skilled construction professionals, driving successful outcomes for our clients and upholding our commitment to excellence.What you'll be doingDevelop and implement project plans, schedules and budgetsManage on-site construction activities, including the coordination of subcontractors and suppliersEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations (OFSC, ISO accreditation 9001,14001,45001 in Safety, Environmental and Quality)Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholdersIdentify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction processLiaise with clients, consultants and other key project partnersMentor and develop the skills of the construction teamWhat we're looking for5+ years' experience as a Site Manager in the construction industryProven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with construction management softwareStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesThorough understanding of construction methods, materials and technologiesProficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings and specificationsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related fieldWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering diversity and inclusion.
