SummaryCGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well-established, privately owned commercial building head contractor, who have a proven track record of delivering apartment & mixed-use developments across Perth & Western Australia.The project is a 4 storey, $10m+ residential apartment development that has recently been awarded with a mid Jan/start of Feb start date on the project. An excellent opportunity to take the project from the start, working in close collaboration with an experienced Construction Manager.The Role - Site ManagerYou'll have a full project team & support from a CA, experienced Construction Manager taking the lead on site for the development.All site management responsibilities - managing sub-contractors, materials/labour, programming etc.ExperienceAs you'll be the standalone Site Manager on the project, you'll have a proven track record of delivering either Apartment or Commercial building developments, in excess of $5m+. Relevant trade & higher education qualifications are preferable.Culture & BenefitsJoining a tier 3 commercial builder, with 15+ staff, you'll be a key member of the business rather than just a number.
