Well-resourced and experienced project team.  Interesting and sophisticated builds.  Tier 1 quality sub-contractors.  Requirements:   Relevant Trade, Engineering, Construction or similar building qualifications Complte run of site on commercial building projects over $30m.  Proven tenure within previous positions is a must.  WA commercial building market experience is essential.  Astute understanding on Australian building practises & regulations. Current First Aid certificate. Clear Police Clearence record. Accountabilities:  Manage and co-ordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, materials. Oversee construction program and adhere to drawings & specifications. Effective communicate with key stakeholders, suppliers and sub-contractors. Ensure site safety and on-site works are carried out in a safe manner. Manage quality assurance.
