Requirements:Relevant Trade, Engineering, Construction or similar building qualificationsComplte run of site on commercial building projects over $30m.Proven tenure within previous positions is a must.WA commercial building market experience is essential.Astute understanding on Australian building practises & regulations.Current First Aid certificate.Clear Police Clearence record.
Accountabilities:
Manage and co-ordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, materials.Oversee construction program and adhere to drawings & specifications.Effective communicate with key stakeholders, suppliers and sub-contractors.Ensure site safety and on-site works are carried out in a safe manner.Manage quality assurance.
