Our offices are located in Brisbane, Ballina, Gold Coast, Rockhampton, Mackay and Townsville.In line with our endorsed Reconciliation Action Plan, Woollam acknowledges First Nations people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and live.The RoleWe're on the hunt for a knowledgeable Site Manager to lead and work with our experienced site team in Mackay.What we're looking for:Leadership – proven experience in effectively managing a team including subcontractors.Strong and proven track record working on design & construct projects.Previous experience in Microsoft Project.Open Class C drivers licence.White card.Current first Aid training.Strong ability to read drawings and documentation.Strong understanding of WHS requirements.What you'll be doing:Assisting with the day-to-day management of site safety, ensuring a proactive approach to safety practices.Monitoring, reporting and amending the project programme as required.Managing the day-to-day site activity in accordance with the programme.Managing the day-to-day activity of subcontractors and site labour in accordance with the project plan & project documentation.Ensuring a high level of communication and teamwork with all stakeholders.Consistently achieving and assisting subcontractors in their obligations to meet a high quality of workmanship.What are you waiting for?Hit that "Apply" button and send your resume and covering letter to .
