ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This company is a highly respected and well-established name in the building industry, known for their reputation across NSW and ACT. They deliver projects across various sectors, specializing in high-end residential and commercial developments. This company has an extensive history for delivering high-end projects to an impeccable standard and has become a household name and brand in the construction industry. With an exceptionally strong pipeline of work secured, they are seeking to employ an experienced Senior Site Manager to execute and oversee the delivery of high-end multi residential apartments valued above $100M from start to finish in Newcastle, NSW.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position will encompass the end-to-end duties of Site Management, with ultimate focus on excellent on-site construction works that support a safe, productive, and enjoyable construction working site. You will work alongside a capable project team, including a Project Director, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Cadets.

DUTIES. Sub contractor and trade management WHS and compliance Scheduling and programming Overseeing all on-site works
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent Over 5 years of proven Site Management experience Proven record as a Site Manager delivering projects above $80M Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers CULTURE.
