What does the job look like? Reporting to the Regional Manager, as the Site Manager you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the Defence site in line with company, customer and regulatory standards.
Key areas:
Lead your teams across a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and accuracy are prioritisedManage all aspects of the operation including human and capital resourcesDevelop robust professional relationships with the customerDevelop innovative solutions and procedures to improve operational efficienciesEnsure operational and financial KPIs are met in line with customer requirementsContinual analysis of current practices for the development of ongoing continuous improvement strategiesAre you the one? You will have proven experience in managing both team and individual KPI targets and an understanding of inventory reporting including cycle counts, releasing and tracking of orders.
The ability to ensure consistent and collaborative leadership to effectively deliver incredible service in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
You will have:
