Site Manager

A vacancy exists for a site manager with engineering background, preferably mechanical, to oversee operations, maintenance and general site management of our tyre recycling facility situated just outside Warren, in central Western NSW.

Successful applicant will be required to relocate to Warren.

We are seeking someone with:
10 years experience in tyre recycling industry especially in Destructive Distillation Technology.
Practical experience in the operation, maintenance and production of industrial equipment.
Practical experience in the planning and review of office services and setting priorities and office service standards.
Allocating human resources, space and equipment.
Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff.
Including annual reviews.
Managing records and accounts of the office.
Problem solving, continuous improvement.
Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.
Experience in dealing with EPA licence requirements including annual returns, regular testing and incident reporting.
