Your new role As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of Class II construction projects on the Central Coast. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Project Supervision: You'll supervise and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with subcontractors, tradespeople, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Site Operations: Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Safety Compliance: Prioritise safety on-site, implementing best practices and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential risks. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager with experience in the delivery of Class II construction projects. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide project teams. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Knowledge of NSW building codes and regulations.
