Through collaboration with Project Teams, Trades, and Subcontractors, the Site Manager ensures effective coordination and alignment of efforts, maintaining a steadfast focus on safety, quality, and adherence to the project schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating various trades, undertaking site set-out, and assisting in scheduling trades aligned to the delivery program.About youYou will have 5-10 years experience in construction management with a focus on fitouts and refurbishment projects.A proven track record successfully delivering projects ranging from $10-50M+.A comprehensive understanding of construction practices and sequencing methodologies.Strong time and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and to expected standards.A collaborative approach to teamwork and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence outcomes.Computer proficient and comfortable navigating email, word, project and Construction Software.What we offerBringing life to our workplace means creating an environment for people to grow, connect and expand their career.
