Autonomous working environment What your day looks like: Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety for a multi-residential project, 10 levels up, 3 basement down approx. value $35m, inner South East location.  Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the construction process. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to minimize disruptions and meet project milestones. About you: Minimum of 5 years experience in construction site management, with a proven track record of delivering projects of a similar scale on time and within budget.  In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards in Australia.  Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant application.
