With consistent repeat business and a healthy pipeline of work, they are on the hunt for an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager to assist in delivery of a $6M commercial project (Ambulance Station) from start to finish.About the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering a school project from end-to-end in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Working with a Senior PM and a dedicated CA, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating trades on-site and ensuring that this project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.What You Need to SucceedA minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Manager, supervising commercial construction projects worth $2M - $5MCarpentry background with strong technical know-howPositive and team oriented attitudeStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage a site team effectivelyWhy You Want to Work HereOur client is an extremely stable company with a healthy pipeline of projects, due to repeat clientele and a consistent stream of work.
