Our valued client is well known in the construction field for the development of beautiful residential units, prestigious apartments, and luxury homes across QLD and NSW. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and led by incredibly talented managers with a wealth of knowledge who can deliver projects from conception to completion.There is an opportunity for a Site Manager to be a part of the execution of a luxury 9-story, single occupancy per level, apartment block in Palm Beach. Reporting to the Construction Manager and with two Foreman reporting directly to you, you will be responsible for:The day-to-day running of the construction site and managing construction staff.Liaising with suppliers, sub-contractors, and all stakeholders involved in the delivery of the project.Managing all OHS compliance and ensuring a safe working environment at all times.Building on the already positive culture to create a harmonious, collaborative working environment.Working autonomously and making decisions based on sound reasoning, taking into consideration financial implications and budgets.Ensuring the smooth running of the project and working within designated timeframes.About you:Be an excellent communicator.A background in the commercial and residential sector is ideal.Have a positive attitude and work well under pressure.Previous experience as a Site Manager is desirable but not essential - the right attitude is more valuable.The PackageImmediate start.$200-250k pending experience.Career progression and professional development with 5+ years of work secured in the pipeline in and around the Gold Coast.
