Michael Page are currently recruiting a Site Manager role for a highly respected mid-tier builder based on the Gold Coast The initial project will be delivering an 8 storey multi-residential project in Hope Island.Our client is a well respected, financially stable builder with offices on the Gold Coast as well as Brisbane. They take huge pride in their high quality workmanship, relationship building, and sustainable business growth.Due to a very strong pipeline of projects for 2024 and 2025, they are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team. The initial project will be delivering an 8 storey residential project in Hope Island.DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Leading the site team to drive the performance of sub-contractorsEnsuring a safe site at all timesQuality control and defect minimisationWorking closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are metProfileSelection criteria will include:QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)Track record of delivering high rise residential projects including crane managementJob OfferOn offer:A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $200-230k including super (subject to experience/skill level)Long term, secure employment with a highly stable businessReasonable expectations of work hoursTo apply online please click the 'Apply' button above.
