Currently at piling stage, with a Safety Advisor, Structures Foreman, Senior CA and Project Manger already on site and leading the team. Based in the heart of the Gold Coast, this building will impact and enhance the skyline of the surrounding area and is sure to be a landmark project.As Site Mana you will be responsible for.Overall management of the siteManagement of trades and subcontractors on siteCoordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocationImplementation of OH&S policiesEnsuring adherence to plans and specificationsApproval of subcontractor invoicesLiaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are metIndustrial relations managementProvide leadership to the site teamPlanning and programmingWhat you'll need to succeedIn this role you will use your extensive experience of delivering luxury Highrise residential to lead your team and the onsite contractors and subbies in the successful completion of this outstanding build.
