ABOUT THE COMPANY.This commercial construction company has been established for over 20 years and has delivered a broad range of projects ranging from fitouts, refurbs, and new builds in the $5M to $30M range. This company has a repeat client base and deliver quality commercial projects with strong pipeline ahead for the next 2 years. The company is about to commence on site construction works on a $30M commercial refurbishment and new build project in the central coast with a 16 month timeline.ABOUT THE ROLE.As a Site Manager, you will oversee site construction works on this project. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the project site, it' s trades, contractors, and ensure that the project is being delivered within the parameters of excellent WHS, quality, and time management. The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand.
