With a diverse portfolio spanning the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Government, and Multi-residential sectors.
The business has recently secured several new projects due to a steady pipeline of work, and they are seeking to expand their team with an experienced Site Manager to lead their projects to success.

About the Position.
You will commence your role working on a well-resourced $80M education project.
You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team that includes a Project Manager, Contracts Administrators, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and multiple Foreman.
Together, you will ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining your commitment to quality and safety.

Duties. Lead and manage construction site activities to ensure project milestones and deadlines are metSupervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of the siteEnsure compliance needs are met with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulationsForward planning, scheduling, and ordering materialsCoordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholdersConduct toolbox talks, site inductions, WHS management, and complianceMaintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and site recordsSkills & Experience. Proven experience as a Site Manager, working on projects valued over $50MTrade qualification in CarpentryProficiency in Procore and Microsoft Projects/SuitesShowcase a strong track record of stability with previous employersCulture.
