ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This builder is an award winning high-end fitout and refurbishment company. Operating for over 15 years, this firm has secured a very strong project pipeline with high profile clients, within the commercial, retail, hospitality, education, and government sectors, valued up to $30M.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

Your new role will require you to manage the fitout/refurbishment projects and its daily runnings. You will be responsible for the trades, contractors and the hand over of projects to company high standard, allowing you to quickly progress, whilst gaining exposure to multiple high - end bespoke projects. You will initially be commencing works on a high-end hospitality project located in the heart of Canberra.

DUTIES. On-site construction activity management Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation Construction program scheduling Sub-contractor Management SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent Hospitality experience highly desirable Exposure to Fitout/refurb experience on commercial projects as a Site Manager Strong leadership skills Fantastic written and verbal communication CULTURE.
