Hays Construction are working in partnership with a well established builder who are looking to add to their Site Management capability. With a long history in their chosen markets of successful project delivery, this company is a progressive employer who can offer a long-term career opportunity for the right candidate. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager, initially to deliver a large commercial $80M+ D&C Project.
Your new role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site. This includes quality, OH&S, subcontractors and working closely with the Project Management team to ensure the project is delivered in budget, on time and to a quality and safe standard.

Manage the entire site through to completion Coordinate subcontractors Ensure quality delivery in line with project timeline Liaise with multiple stakeholders including the client Ensure the site is safe and in line with WHS standards What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience working in Site Management on large commercial projects Ideally, you will have relevant trade qualifications Exceptional communication and time management skills attention to detail and an excellent work ethic What you'll get in return
