The CompanyMy client is a leading Tier 1 Developer builder known for delivering high-quality, large-scale projects internationally. With a strong reputation in the industry, our client is overseeing the development of a $1bn luxury apartment development, a high-profile project that will set new standards in residential living.I am seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to join the team in 2025 and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of this exciting project.Position OverviewAs a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership to ensure effective coordination of all site activities, including subcontractor management, quality control, and health and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all site activities for a $300m+ tower as part of a larger development.Oversee site operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and environmental policies.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions.Manage site logistics, including materials management, equipment, and workforce allocation.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with the project schedule.Provide leadership and direction to site staff, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and authorities.Key RequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager in Tier 1 or large-scale commercial construction projects, ideally in luxury residential or high-rise developments.Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects with a focus on high-end residential or commercial developments.Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on one of the most prestigious and high-value projects in the market.Career development and progression within a leading Tier 1 company.Supportive and dynamic team culture.A chance to make a lasting impact on a landmark project.If you're a results-driven professional with experience managing large-scale, high-quality construction projects, we want to hear from you!
