About Our Client Our client is a family-owned builder-developer who delivers luxury apartments in the inner Brisbane region. Across the business, their average employee tenure is over 10 years, and they are now looking to add a Site Manager to their project delivery team. Current projects underway include various apartment projects ranging from 5 to 10 storeys, with apartment values ranging from $2 to 5 million per unit.
Job Description Key responsibilities include:
Day-to-day management and coordination of sub-contractors on siteEnsuring a safe site at all timesQuality control and defect minimisationWorking closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are metThe Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include:
QBCC Site Supervisor licenceStrong attention to detailGood level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)Trade background (carpentry)Previous experience delivering luxury residential projectsWhat's on Offer On offer:
